*Windrose Green (the “Community”) has established the 2025 End-of-Year No HOA Campaign (the “Promotion”) which is made available to home buyers (“Buyers”) who execute a new contract on speculative inventory homes (each, a “New Home”) within the Community constructed by participating builders on November 1st - December 31st, 2025 of (a “Qualifying Contract”). The first ten (10) Buyers who execute a Qualifying Contract by December 31st, 2025, and close by February 28th, 2026, on the acquisition of the New Home, 2025, shall have 2026 HOA dues paid for the New Home. Payment shall be made on behalf of the developer of the Community directly to the Windrose Green Community Association, Inc. (the “Association”) prior to delinquency. No cash alternative. Offer valid only on homes purchased within the specified time frame. See the sales representative for full details. The owner of the New Home shall receive a receipt evidencing such payment from the Association. Available to US residents age 21 and older.
